Alright, this is a newer version of that H.O.E. mix.
I did two things:
First, it sounds considerably closer to the house's overall beat.
Second, I'm trying a new experimental 3D effect, best for loudspeakers but works in headphones too.
For the nerds who want to know, this is the method:
Split original stereo track.
Invert one channel, either or, doesn't matter.
Run a high pass filter on both channels, the cutoff being at 140Hz, 6dB.
Import another copy of the original, and split the channels, then turn each into mono.
Give the two mono channels a LOW pass filter on 140Hz, 6dB. Also, boost all bass frequencies 105Hz and below by 3dB.
Give the two mono channels a negative gain by 1.1dB.
Revamped Eargasm, twice as long.
Enjoy!
