games won't work

I started the game and after it starts to load the map it stops at about 10 to 13 percent then goes to a white screenn with a exclamation mark or a play symbol it only happens with a gold membership but my brothers account is fine it works for him he is a free account I'm using a smartphone I've tried many browsers plz help

That's your problem. You can't play the game on a smartphone because of flash. Most phones and mobile devices do not support flash. High Tail Hall is not designed to play on phones. We only program games to be played on computers.
