Common Account Questions:

Registering an account:[/u][/b]

To register an account on our website, please click this link  In the top left hand corner, click on the link that says “login/register.” Underneath the login boxes, click the third link down that says “Don't have an account?”  and fill in the necessary fields.   After that, you may sign into our website using the username and password that you created for our website.

Deactivating your HTH Studios account:

If you would like to delete your HTH Studios account, you can do this by logging into your account and clicking on the "Delete my Account" link where your account information is displayed.  Please note that if you delete your account, you will no longer be able to access any game content. We DO NOT refund any unused Gold subscription time.

Deleting your store account:  

you will need to do that yourself by visiting the website of the payment processor you registered with. If you need assistance with this, please contact the customer support of the appropriate processor.

Common Billing Questions:

"What Payment Types do you accept?"

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit Cards, and Prepaid Credit cards.  We do not accept Paypal, Bitcoin, American Express, Prepaid Gift Cards, or Bank Transfers. We are also unable to accept payments charged to a mobile device bill. Because we are an adult company, we will never be able to accept Paypal payments. Please refer to our FAQ for a more detailed answer:

“How will my Subscription purchase show up on my statement?”

HTH uses discreet billing. Your statement will say “HTH Studios LLC xxxxxx”

“Why do you need my address?”

The reasons why we need your information are outlined in our Privacy Policy which you can find by clicking here:

"Will I receive anything from HTH by mail?"

HTH Studios will never mail anything to your address. Your address is only required for billing purposes and is required by our payment processors. You will only receive an email notification with your receipt, and membership key.

"Will I be automatically re-billed for my subscription?"

Our Subscriptions do not automatically renew and we will not  re-bill you. You can, however extend a current subscription by entering a new subscription key at any time. Your membership Keys do not expire until you activate them.

How to find your Gold Key(s):

You will receive 3 emails from HTH Studios. The first email is your order confirmation. The second email is sent when your funds have cleared and your order has been processed.  The third email will contain your Membership Key(s)

Alternatively, you can find your Subscription Key(s) in the Order Details or Products of your HTH Store Account. Log into your Store Account and Navigate to: My Account > Order History/Products. Click on the Symbol right next to your order to open the Order Details/Product Details. Subscription Keys can take up to 30 minutes to show up on your order, and will only show when your funds have cleared.

Keys do not  expire until you enter them into the website. You can activate your Subscription Key(s) by logging into your HTH Studios Account ( and Copying your Subscription Key into the text box on your profile. Click on Activate/Extend. After you enter in your subscription key, log out, clear your cache and log back in.


As per our store policy, we do not give refunds on Gold Memberships. You can read our return policy here: Before your place your order, the store shows you a confirmation screen, and you only need to click the submit button once. We cannot be responsible for not checking the confirmation screen, or clicking the submit button multiple times.

How to find Red Light District:

To access Red Light District, please log out of your account, clear your cache, and log back in. The link for Red Light District will appear under the link for High Tail Hall.
